Yesterday I tried a Cook’s Illustrated recipe for multigrain sandwich bread (March/April 2006 issue). First time baking a loaf, although I’ve been making yeasty dinner rolls for awhile. The verdict? Really nice sandwiches… Next time: more rolled oats on the top & sides…
